Ikhono Business Solutions is owner-managed. The owners jointly have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
Over 20 years combined experience in training and development including the following areas:

• SDF functions
• Management of various funded & unfunded learnerships programmes across various SETA’s
• Short course programme development and implementation ETD practitioners
• More than 6 years enterprise development experience
• More than 5 years contract cleaning experience
• More than 5 years quality management systems implementation and management experience
• More than 15 years of human resource solutions
