You need to fund a learner on an intervention that has a workplace component but cannot accommodate the learner in your workplace? We will find a suitable host employer for your learner.

Easy to Access

Our qualifications are at a lower end of the NQF. This allows for access to education and training of learners that are otherwise excluded by the system that requires them to have completed higher grades at school level to meet minimum entry requirements.

Practical Participation

The structure of a learnership is such that learners spend most of the time doing practical workplace activities and gain hands on experience. The exposure to workplace also allows our learner to gain a fuller context and appreciation of the job or occupation.

Techincal Support

Workplace mentors are trained on learners mentoring and are supported throughout the programme. This in turn improves workplace capacity and allows for better onboarding process, faster acclimatization of learners in the workplace, improved productivity and shortened learning curve.
